Environment Responsibility
The Company realized that one of its reponsibilities to the society to be put in high priority is to maintain a clean and safe environment to benefit both the Company and those living in the mill's surroundings.
Production of paper products required the usance of natural resources, among other is the river water. The Company is obliged to preserve that resource and maintain it in good, safe condition.
The sense of responsibility toward a balanced ecosystem has geared the Management's decision toward constructing a modern Waste Water Treatment Plant applying advanced technology in order to ensure a biologically stable mill effluent, before returning it back to the nature.
The Plant has been a pride to the Company and won recognition as the best Waste Water Treatment project in the country.
